Position Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join their team as a Customer Service and Training Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide clear and concise guidance to customers on product features, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
Technical Expertise:
- A tech savvy mindset – with the thirst to acquire a strong understanding of their property tech products and stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and escalate complex technical issues, providing detailed information for efficient problem resolution.
Training Support:
- Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they maximize the benefits of our technology.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and FAQs to facilitate user understanding and self-help options.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of the knowledge base for internal and customer use.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a tech-related industry.
- Good technical aptitude and ability to understand and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
