As Cybersecurity Business Enablement Manager (BEM) your main tasks will be:
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and Senior Management to align strategies with organizational goals
- Develop and implement annual and strategic budgets to support executive level plans
- Analyze financial performance and variances to inform decision-making processes
- Review and analyze existing control effectiveness, and develop strategies for improvement
- Oversee detailed research of vendor products and assist with project management
- Provide direction, development, and implementation of software solutions
- Participate in regular planning sessions to ensure alignment of resources and Cyber strategy
- Support the Regional Integration Management Office in cybersecurity due diligence for mergers/acquisitions
- Engage with Business Stakeholders to develop requirements and manage ongoing support via IT development
- Provide leadership and mentorship to develop high-performance teams
- Participate in global steering committees and present to leadership
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience (Master’s degree preferred)
- BRMP, PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL certifications preferred
- 16+ years of IT-related work experience
- 10+ years in management roles
- Strong experience in project management and system architecture methodologies
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
