The Advocate Group are exclusively partnered with a household name confectionary brand, to find them an Digital Growth Marketing Manager.
This person will define the short and long-term Digital Growth trajectory for D2C, with a real focus on owned channels and marketplaces, while making sure that strategy aligns with brand positioning and sales targets.

About you...
You will have expertise in crafting customer retention strategies that take into account the entire customer lifecycle and prioritize maximising Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). Knowledge of designing and implementing an omni-channel digital marketing strategy focused on retention will be central to your responsibilities. Your hands-on experience across Email, Social, Direct Mail, and Referral channels will be instrumental in executing these strategies effectively.
