Are you an experienced Data Administrator with strong Excel experience and immediately available? 

Reed Business Support are delighted to be working exclusively with a registered charity organisation in Warwick, who are in the process of growing and are now seeking to appoint an experienced Data Administrator to join their team immediately. The successful application will be working closely with the Data Manager, assisting with the extraction and collation of data as they continue to grow and expand their freephone service, therefore someone with strong Microsoft Excel skills is needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Extracting data from frontline return forms and collating it into data files within specific timeframes.
• Extracting data from spot checker return forms and collating it into data files within specific timeframes
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and useable data files.
• Review data to ensure accuracy of data input.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant data files.
• Ensure confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure.
• Thorough and extensive understanding of using Excel for data

To be successful for this role, you must:

• Be able to commute to Warwick on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
• You must have previous experience of data entry, extraction and customer service 
• You will be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Teams
• You will be someone who pays a great attention to detail
• You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbally)
• You are a fast and accurate typist
• You are computer savvy

• You will receive the flexibility to work part-time (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from the office in Warwick) - 20 hours per week
• This is a 6 Months Fixed-term contract, with the intention of making this role permanent after 6 months
