Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data structures to support our organization's data needs.
Prior experience in Financial Services Domain or Asset Management domain is a MUST
Client work location : London
Working model : Hybrid with 2 or 3 days in a week at client office

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for various business domains.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into robust data structures.
3. Implement and enforce data standards, ensuring consistency and integrity across the organization's databases.
4. Optimize database performance through effective indexing, partitioning, and query optimization strategies.
5. Work closely with development teams to integrate data models into applications, ensuring seamless functionality
.6. Establish and enforce data governance policies, addressing data quality, privacy, and compliance concerns
.7. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance data modeling processes.
8. Create comprehensive documentation for data models, ensuring accessibility for team members and stakeholders.
9. Participate in data architecture discussions and contribute to the overall data strategy of the organization.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance data modeling skills
.Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2. Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
