Polypipe Building Products works with national and local developers, plumbing and heating engineers, general builders and groundworkers to deliver above and below ground drainage systems, rainwater solutions as well as hot and cold plastic plumbing products.
The Finance team are currently recruiting for a Fixed Term, Data Inputter to cover until July 2025.
This role is based at our Broomhouse Lane site in Edlington, Doncaster (DN12) and the working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily invoicing
- Checking Delivery Notes for missing information
- Daily creation and sending invoices/credits
- Providing PODs to customers
- Monitoring of Accounts email inbox
- Failed collections
- Updating excel spread sheets
- Releasing RMA collections
- Working to deadlines
- Assisting in other administrative duties required by the Supervisor/Team
Skills/Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Good time management, able to prioritise work effectively and efficiently.
- Attention to detail
- Maintain accuracy and to be thorough, whilst keeping on top of workload
- IT literate and able to work well with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work alone and part of a team
