- Interact with customers to determine their needs and develop solutions with current Workiva products to meet those needs.
- Deliver in-person/on-site training to customers.
- Become a Workiva domain expert and consult with customers to design custom solutions
- Design and create custom demo solutions for customers and prospective customers.
- Provides project and relationship management to large customers with broader needs.
- Configure data integration workflows from customer systems of record to Workiva products
- Document the Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) process from customer systems to reporting systems
- Directly interfaces with customers and demonstrates complex solutions
- Collect feedback from the field and provides it to Product Marketing and Product Development
- 4+ years of related career experience from a technical consulting background.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertise
- Experience implementing complex technology platforms - preferably SaaS
- Ability to simplify complex analytical and technical information to senior management.
- Previous in-person training experience
- Proven balance of technical acumen and stakeholder management.
- Strong critical thinking skills that can analyze data, identify issues, and reconcile between large, frequently complex data sets.
- Up to 10% travel annually
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
