Data Project Manager Role
The resource will manage a portfolio of initiatives in the Data space, which can go from the Banking Data Hub design and build, all the related module and dashboards related to this new Data hub, data quality and data traceability in the Data Hub eco system.
- Ensure interaction between the business, the internal clients (MO, BO etc) and the technology
- Understand the impact of each initiatives for consumers/internal clients
- Elaborate and maintain a consumer driven roadmap Elaborate business cases to assess the value added of proposed new initiatives
- Ensure Project execution
- Prepare delivery plan: definition of deliverables and milestones, governance, allocation of budget, dependencies
- Identification of synergies and/or misalignments within the Global / Local portfolios to meet the SCIB domain strategy
- Support or drive prioritization exercises (quarterly)
- Be on top of project progress / issues
- Produce KPIs and ways to measure them. Ensure project closure: achievement of goals, acceptance of every stakeholder, change management, BAU transition.
- Monitor resources and budget
- Produce next year budget based on roadmap and agreed initiatives/projects
- Produce clear tracking of costs vs budget on a monthly basis
- Anticipate any deviation in resource plan and budget impact Track and measure all the benefits all along the project
- Monitor Communication
- Produce reports for various audience: weekly reports on progress, monthly review for senior audience
- Identify potential delays, early warnings & mitigations, dependencies and risks.
- Report RAG status, highlights and details at different level of abstraction depending on the audience Arrange and lead kick-off / progress / solutions fixing meetings with stakeholders. Produce minutes
Candidate Must-Have Skills and Requirements
- > 10 years experience with proven delivery track record
- Background as Project / Execution manager ideally in Investment Banking
- Proven experience in Data Mapping, Data Analysis, Reconciliations and Data Architecture
- Analytical and Problem Solving mindset
- Articulated communication
- Pragmatic approach
- KPI/measurement driven
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Agile methodology knowledge is a plus
