Purpose of Role:
Manage and Job Architecture and Reward across all geographies. Develop and manage job architecture and reward processes, structures and systems. Responsible for pay benchmarking, surveys and pay level evaluation globally and in markets at each location. Responsible for creating and maintaining a clear connection between job architecture and rewards packages. Responsible for total rewards programs; annual pay reviews, incentives and benefits.
- Work collaboratively with HR colleagues on everyday compensation advice and guidance.
- Responsible for analysing benchmarking surveys and informing the Company about risks and trends.
- Ensure job architecture is global and continuously relevant for the company
- Responsible for benefits programs globally including collection of market practices, evaluation of the terms and conditions to ensure we remain competitive, and maintaining cross site equity where relevant.
- Responsible for total reward calculations.
- Responsible for the implementation and/or continuous development of digital Rewards and Job Architecture structures, with the support of the Systems Manager.
Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Degree
- International Experience within reward management, 5 years managing compensation for geographical regions
- Experience working with external stakeholders
- Experience of implementing reward management systems
