We are looking for a Deputy Hotel Manager (Wolverhampton) to join our team at Premier Inn!

Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Hotel Manager and deputising in their absence• Responsible for the successful daily running operation of all departments• Ensure guests and team are kept safe• Pass internal audits and meet compliance requirements• Drive commercial best practice and maximize revenue opportunities• Manage controllable costs• Maintain brand standards• Utilize guest feedback to increase performance• Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with company standards
Requirements
• Previous or current management experience from hospitality, leisure, or retail backgrounds• Experience in F&B or food services is desirable• Knowledge of food hygiene and H&S
