An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual with a "hands-on, sleeves up" attitude to join The Light Banbury team as a Deputy Manager and support the venue with F&B and hospitality knowledge together with commercial and financial acumen.

An ideal Deputy Manager:
- Minimum 1 year of proven track record in similar role (essential),
- Personal License Holder (desirable),
- Professional approach with great attention to detail blended with a warm and engaging personality to connect with our guests and team,
- Have a sound operating knowledge of POS software as well as other business systems (i.e., Fourth Hospitality),
- Advanced knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health& Safety procedures together with licensing laws and regulations,
- Strong multitasker with aptitude to analyze stock results as well as P&L,
- Front line operator, who thrives in busy environment,
