A specialty medical network in Washington, D.C. is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team as an Aesthetic Injector. About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Specialty: Aesthetics / Dermatology
- Patient Population: Adults (Ages 18+)
Responsibilities: The Aesthetic Injector (NP) will be responsible for:
- Conducting patient consultations to understand their aesthetic goals and concerns
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and desired outcomes
- Performing cosmetic injectable procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical treatments to enhance facial aesthetics
- Educating patients about different aesthetic procedures, expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a Med Spa, Physician Office, Dermatology, and/or Plastic Surgeon setting
- Bachelor's Degree
- Washington, D.C. and/or Maryland Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Experience administering injectable treatments, including Neuromodulators and dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, Botox, and other well known products
- Experience with EMR software
- Prior experience with Charting in a Medical setting
- Knowledgeable of various Aesthetic procedures and Luxury Skin Care
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience as an Aesthetic Injector
- An established Social Media presences
