Design Coordinators role:
- Design Management: The Design Coordinator will oversee the conception and issuance of all design activities aligned with the outbound requirements for the production of interior elements in the construction project.
- Information Systems: Ensure information systems within the project unit serve the purposes of the design team and other stakeholders effectively.
- Collaboration: The Design Coordinator will work closely with production and commercial units to ensure designs are robust, cost-effective, and fit for purpose.
- Deadline Adherence: Manage and adhere to tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of design outputs.
- Software Proficiency: Utilise AutoCAD, design software, and Microsoft Office Suite efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Design Coordinator, ideally on prime residential schemes.
- Strong background in luxury residential projects.
- Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Numerate and accurate with excellent attention to detail.
- Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Location: Must have an easy commute to the West End of London.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in design, architecture, or a related field.
