Role:
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate with a focus on content creation. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling and a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand identity, marketing goals, and customer engagement objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of channels, including our website, blog, Social Media platforms, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
- Collaborate with the McQueens Flowers partners to generate ideas for new content that promotes our products and services in an innovative way.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to understand its impact on our target audience and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology to continuously improve our content efforts.
- Assist in managing Social Media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and engaging with our community.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that all content is visually appealing and on-brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Visual Arts or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related area, preferably in an e-commerce or startup environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of content (articles, blog posts, Social Media content, etc.).
- Experience with SEO principles and practices to maximize content reach and engagement.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with Social Media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
