SalaryMy client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Digital / Application Support Analyst for Synergy on a Contract basis.
The role will deliver a high quality user experience across all areas of the Synergy Application Support service, including fit for purpose systems and guidance, and high standards of access, availability, usability, usefulness and excellent standards of service.
About the role:
Based in Central London (Hybrid):
• Analyse and document business processes in order to identify requirements and devise plans to enable the effective delivery of management information.
• Providing support and training to colleagues and partners that make use of Synergy
• To maintain and enhance the data quality framework to validate data entries within Synergy.
• To work with services to help them develop and maintain team Synergy User Guide
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
• At least 2 years’ knowledge and experience with Synergy products, or equivalent (e.g. Capita One) within a Local Authority Education environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills and experience
• Excellent analytical and Application Support skills.
• Experienced in SQL / T-SQL and / or SSRS or equivalent tool is desired, but not essential.
What’s on offer:
• Salary: £350-£450+* per day inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

• Contract type: Contract – 3-6 month minimum.
• Hours: 09:00ach -17:00 Monday to Friday
