Job Summary
The Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Digital Channels Product Manager role, within The Digital Channels Team , requires a proficient understanding of Corporate & Investment Bank’s (CIB) Core Cash Management and Liquidity solutions as well as JPMorgan’s connectivity and integration solutions for client Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Treasury Management Systems (TMS). Understanding of client challenges, industry trends, market pricing and competitive intelligence will be required as inputs into the Digital Channels strategic product roadmap. The role will also help define strategic client process re-engineering recommendations, contribute to business case analyses for clients, and articulate the end-to-end operational efficiencies and benefits of our connectivity and integration capabilities in delivering our global solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Function as subject matter expert across core Digital Channels solutions, including API, Access Online, Host-to-Host, Fintech partnerships and new product development
- Manage complex product development and migration initiatives
- Partner with Product Management leads across the product development lifecycle serving as the voice-of-the-client; assist with concept design, feature development, and preparation for product launch and change for clients as necessary
- Engage with internal product partners to understand the impacts of changes associated with the Digital Channel Products, including new processes, tools, communications, and training.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience focused in a product development, management, product delivery or comparable role
- Experience and technical knowledge of Digital Channels products e.g. online banking, Host-to-Host, SWIFT and mobile channels
- Knowledge of payments products (clearing options in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) such as Faster Payments, BACS, SEPA, etc.)
- Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment requiring flexibility / adaptability to changeable directives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize, set vision and strategy, set direction and balance delivery across various time horizons
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Comprehensive technical expertise and experience in ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards across payments and cash management domains
- Sound working knowledge of ERP ( Account Payable (AP) / Account Receivable (AR) and Treasury) functions and Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
- Knowledge of cash management services such as account structures and liquidity management
