Job OverviewAre you a marketer who wants to be at the forefront of transforming learning through literacy in a high-growth EdTech company? As Bedrock Learning’s Digital Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the Director of Marketing to grow brand awareness and scale our solution to millions of users.
As a key member of a small but growing team, you will be responsible for managing and creating all aspects of our inbound lead generation. You will be responsible for all day-to-day marketing execution at Bedrock, including product marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels. You will actively support the Director of Marketing in pipeline expansion leading to revenue acquisition and revenue growth.
You will be the bridge between our team and our audience, so you should have experience with traffic acquisition, promotions, paid partnerships, SEO, copywriting, analytics, outreach, and more.

Core ResponsibilitiesYou will support the development, and execution, and be responsible for the management of Bedrock’s Digital Marketing strategy from top to bottom, including;
- Lead generation
- SEO/content marketing
- SEM and PPC
- PR
- Copywriting
- Affiliate
- Social
You will support the Director of Marketing in building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through various marketing channels.
You will be managing Bedrock’s content strategy with both a data-driven mindset and an in-depth understanding of Bedrock’s value position in the EdTech market. At the same time, you will get into the trenches and execute on a tactical level; after all, getting your hands dirty is a big part of the fun.
You will lead the execution of marketing campaigns, partnering with Product, Sales, CX, Operations, and other key stakeholders. You will evaluate and report on the impact of individual marketing campaigns in achieving their stated goals and KPIs. You will measure and report on the performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
This is a revenue-focused role, so you should be familiar with and be able to maximise Bedrock’s AARRR funnel.
Additional Responsibilities- Acquire a deep understanding of our customer personas and buying lifecycles within our industry.
- Develop and execute tactics to promote our brand and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Build strategic relationships and find great collaboration opportunities for Bedrock.
- Develop content related to customer spotlights, customer case studies, thought leadership articles, and product marketing for targeted lead gen campaigns, newsletters, social media outreach, conferences, blogs, PR etc.
- Maintain consistent branding across different platforms.
- Complete all required activities such as marketing calendar, lead gen reports, campaign analytics etc. and provide weekly reporting to the Director of Marketing.
- Act as coordinator for all outsourced marketing channels.
- Track results with a continuous eye to improving marketing performance and ROI.
- Create, run and optimise various marketing campaigns.
- Run Bedrock’s customer-facing social media profiles.
- Coordinate and distribute monthly newsletters.
- Manage customer and prospect databases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS marketing.
- Experience within the edtech sector is highly advantageous but not vital.
- Comprehensive understanding and the ability to use industry-standard tools, such as HubSpot, Google Webmaster tools, social media, etc.
- Experience with AARRR funnel.
- Strong user acquisition skills.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Proven SaaS track record with the ability to understand all of our product features and their benefits. You must be able to create content and messaging (ads, blogs, white papers) around them.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
