We're looking for an experienced B2C Digital Marketing Manager to join our clients growing team
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping marketing strategies and initiatives by collaborating with the Marketing and Product Management teams.
You'll propose and test new marketing ideas leveraging new technologies to meet B2C subscription targets.
Additionally, you'll optimise marketing budget allocation across various channels by utilising analytics to develop buyer personas.
You will also conduct systemic competitor analysis with a focus on digital optimisation strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing and Product Management team to drive innovative strategic marketing initiatives.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive product marketing plans to align with B2C subscription goals.
• Enhancing customer journey through targeted email campaigns
• Taking charge of both organic and paid social media strategies and PPC campaigns
• Tracking ROI, managing budgets, reporting performance, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Mentoring a product marketing executive; setting goals and facilitating skills development.
• Collaborating with the marcomms team to create marketing campaigns.
• Developing compelling value propositions, pricing, and messaging for products and services.
• Developing marketing materials and user guides to promote advocacy and drive acquisition retention.
• Engaging with various teams to align goals while enhancing customer experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing with a keen interest in emerging technologies including AI
• Strong leadership and financial management skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to analyse data
