Overview

FT Strategies is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our innovative consultancy at this exciting phase of growth. Based at the Financial Times headquarters in London, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead website optimisation, content marketing, digital campaigns and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Devise and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with overall marketing and business goals

Content Marketing:

  • Oversee content creation and distribution across various digital channels, including social media, website, newsletter and emails

  • Ensure content is aligned with our brand voice, SEO best practices, and tailored to target audiences

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement

  • Monitor social media trends, analyse performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly

Marketing Automation:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Manage and optimise marketing automation platforms, ensuring efficient use of features and integrations

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to implement automation workflows that optimise lead generation and nurturing

  • Create and manage segmentation strategies for personalised and targeted communication

  • Plan, execute, and optimise automated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and website

  • Implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to enhance campaign performance

  • Develop and refine lead scoring models to identify and prioritise high-quality leads

SEO and SEM Management:

  • Optimise website content for search engines to improve organic visibility

  • Manage paid search campaigns, continuously optimising for performance and ROI

Key Skills

  • 3+ years experience working in Digital Marketing or marketing automation

  • 3+ years experience working with marketing automation platforms

  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM and marketing automation platforms

  • Experience with designing and building emails and campaign assets

  • Ability to assess and optimise lead flows, lead routing rules, lead scoring, lead nurturing and other lead management practices

  • Experience in creating hypotheses and running A/B tests to validate them

  • Technically capable with meticulous attention to detail and a desire to improve processes

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to draw meaningful insights from marketing data

  • High focus on delivering results and understands the importance of measuring activity

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

  • A team player, who is a strong, confident communicator and collaborator
