Digital Marketing Manager (Luxury Travel)

We are working with a fabulous Luxury Travel company dedicated to providing exceptional holiday experiences. They are looking to add a commercially-minded, creative Digital Marketing Manager to their growing Digital Marketing team, developing online brand presence and building customer engagement with compelling and inspiring digital campaigns.

main responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Head of Digital & Performance Marketing to identify opportunities and generate creative ideas which will broaden reach and bring in new customers
• Implement digital activity across social media, influencer marketing, affiliates, search and display to build targetted online brand awareness as well as generating sales and leads
• Day-to-day caretaking of performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta) to support the digital strategy, particularly an understanding of performance copy

The overall objective is commercial so sales are important, the company recognises the value of its brand and digital performance, which is why they are investing heavily in longterm brand awareness and reputation.

If you're from a travel background that's an advantage but not essential; we'd simply love to hear from confident, creative digital marketers who love the idea of working within a small team and achieving impressive growth.
