We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing specialist. Over the past few years Costley & Costley Hoteliers Ltd has gone through a period of positive change, including significant investment across our portfolio of award-winning venues, such as the recently opened major extension at Lochgreen and the refurbishment of Highgrove.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to enhance our brand's reputation and visibility in the online space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives while leveraging your expertise in Digital Marketing to drive growth and customer engagement.
We are looking for:
· Proven experience in a varied digital and social media marketing role – you could be sitting at Manager level already or Executive looking for that next step up in your career.
· Experience within the hospitality industry and an understanding of hospitality operations would be greatly beneficial.
· Confidence – you’ll be comfortable coming in and “taking the reins” as well as getting your ideas across.
· Experience of using design/creative systems for basic design needs.
· Creative thinker with a real understanding of brand strategy.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Excellent project management and budget management skills.
· Ability to multitask and juggle different projects.
· We would also love to see a strong ideas-driven portfolio showcasing a range of marketing initiatives.
You will be:
· Developing and executing a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy that combines the latest Digital Marketing techniques to promote brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
· Managing the company's online presence across various digital platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
· Developing and implementing effective online search strategies, encompassing both organic (SEO) and paid (SEM) approaches, to enhance brand visibility and drive targeted traffic.
· Copywriting for the internet across multiple channels to engage users and support search engine performance.
· Content creating – proactively seek relevant, interesting content for digital channels from across the business, by liaising with all levels of management and the team and taking an active interest in what is happening on a day-to-day basis.
· Involved in developing briefs for other parties involved in the creation of content including image, video and audio.
· Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of Digital Marketing initiatives and optimising campaigns for maximum impact.
· Managing online reviews and social media engagement, elevating issues where necessary to senior management.
· Keeping on top of industry trends through market research and best practices in Digital Marketing, recommending, and implementing initiatives to stay ahead of the competition.
· Representing the business at PR events and managing external relationships to support initiatives as needed.
· Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital channels and marketing materials.
