Role Purpose
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Free2Learn you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social, digital and website marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media channels, overseeing PPC campaigns, improving organic search visibility, optimise website performance and leveraging LinkedIn for business growth. We are looking for a creative and analytical thinker who can drive results while maintaining a strong online presence.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the promotion of the organisation’s brand(s) by organising and running marketing campaigns using social media platforms such as Meta Business Suite: Facebook, Messenger and Instagram, as well as LinkedIn and Twitter.
Working in a dynamic office environment you will be part of an ambitious and imaginative marketing team who are great with supporting each other. This is a brilliant opportunity for an aspiring or experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join and make their mark on a high-energy organisation. As a part of the team, you will assist in the creation of print materials including posters and brochures, as well as digital assess for web, social and advertising platforms.
Job Entails
Key responsibilities and objectives of the job are:
· Plan and execute all Digital Marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising.
· Design, build, and maintain a robust social media presence across all digital channels across all social channels – Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn
· Collaborate with web development and design teams, provide guidance on marketing-related aspects of the company's web presence, and create and maintain pages for the website.
· Enhance website visibility through strategic initiatives encompassing Technical SEO, Local SEO, Offsite SEO, website UX, and content optimisation.
· Measure and report on the performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
· Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies which are consumer and business led.
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests for media calendars phased across monthly, quarterly, and annually.
· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, optimizing marketing budgets.
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
· Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Person Specification
Requirements and Skills:
· Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing for both B2C and B2B sectors
· Experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on social media management, PPC, SEO, Organic Search, Website and LinkedIn marketing.
· BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
· Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends etc.).
· Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
