Are you an experienced program / Initiative Manager with a track record of driving the success of large scale, complex Digital Marketing Technology initiatives? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Tech Initiative Manager to:
  • manage aspects of large - small scale, high complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential risk / issues.
  • identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
  • coordinate the tasks of the initiative among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, and vendors
  • help resolve cross-stream, agile crew and pod conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads / product owners and facilitate reprioritization efforts
  • perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk and issue mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk, issue and dependency management plans
ensure that the next quarter’s OKRs are included in the QBRs (Division) so that the initiatives are fully transparent and suitable priorities can be made

Your team

You’ll be working in the Channels and Content Crew which is part of the Group Operations and Technology Office team in London focusing on the Marketing and Sales book of work will be mainly be centred around the Marketing and Sales and Transformation Initiative focusing on Marketing Technology stack. The Digital Marketing and Sales Transformation is an exciting and greenfield Initiative to transform the current suite of processes, solutions, products and tools in to a fully integrated marketing and sales platform aligned to the new Marketing and Sales Strategies with a series of agreed Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Streams delivering in an Agile manner.

Your expertise

  • ideally at least 8+ years in Marketing Technology program management experience, designing, planning and implementing complex Marketing Strategy aligned Marketing Technology Transformation programs with multiple workstreams
  • good understanding of operational processes, preferably in marketing – Sales within the global financial services industry
  • Extensive experience in driving, design and delivery of integrated marketing automation technology solutions, spanning: content creation and approval; web sites , web content management; CRM; marketing campaign solutions across multiple channels; analytics
  • experience with website content management systems, ideally Adobe suite, MS Dynamics 365 platform or other leading CRM, Social Medial platforms – LinkedIn etc
  • Strong organisational and program management skills, able to work across several Martech workstreams ensuring a solid program / project management foundation is in place. Responsible for the Program scope, plans, resource planning, maintaining timelines and ensuring the overall critical path, milestones and deliverables are known and achieved. Actively manage scopes and budgets, as well as attention to detail.
  • strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels, to be able to present to various non-technical and technical stakeholders
  • team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who is comfortable exploring and learning new concepts, trends, and technologies, working independently, and collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams and external resources to drive projects forward, prioritize tasks, be solution orientated and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
