Description
- Oversee the development and execution of an innovative digital product strategy.
- Lead a team of Digital professionals to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Monitor the industry trends to ensure our Digital Products stay competitive.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve user experience.
- Manage the Digital Products budget effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Evaluate project success and report on ROI.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement within the team.
Profile
- Proven experience in managing Digital Products.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a team of five plus.
- Excellent understanding of Digital marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile project delivery
- Experience owning and developing a product roadmap
- Experienced in using digital to deliver fundraising initiatives and campaign
- High level of creativity and innovation.
- Significant knowledge of user experience and audience research methods
- Excellent knowledge of website strategy and design including product design, prototyping, specification, build and deployment
