We’re seeking a Head of Product to join our Digital Service, Global Streaming team in Osterley.
Our Global Streaming team is the core engine that creates streaming products which delight customers around the world, from sub-Saharan Africa to the streets of New York: we work closely with our design, technology, and business teams to create unforgettable experiences for our customers. We’re the problem solvers who find smarter and simpler ways to connect customers to more of what they love. We are currently building a Global Streaming Product team, who will steer our core global product to service the business needs of each proposition (Peacock, NOW, Sky Showtime and Showmax). As we move to a new era for our platform we seek to bring consistency in our customer’s service & compliance journeys, so that our Product team is able to execute standardised, repeatable integrations to reduce time to market and deliver support faster to our customers.
What you'll do:
- Lead a team of product leads, owners & analysts to produce high quality digital journeys for end users based on analysis, testing programs and commercial benefit.
- Provide expert technical leadership in design & frameworks and be responsible for the development & training of the team whilst building an outstanding product function.
- Lead with expertise and vision in how to maintain digital support services on a TV platform, with a high level of reliability and quality.
- Champion the power of data in decision making within the product team and lead the charge in ensuring its leveraged to make strategic product business decisions.
- Own relationships with our market service & compliance teams to ensure we are supporting their business goals & strategies.
- Formulate & implement technical solutions to business challenges and transform to a clear planned roadmap.
- Gain an understanding of the commercial opportunities that exist to improve the way we make decisions with products and services.
What you'll bring:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience at a leadership level in delivering successful digital experiences.
- Experience in leading a high-performing team.
- Collaborative working style – working with different levels of an organization in differing geographics.
- Organised and structured – you can simplify highly complex challenges and ideas to get your points across clearly.
- Impeccable communication skills (both written and verbal) – able to present to, engage, and influence our senior leaders.
- Influencing teams and individuals who do not report to you. Demonstrating the ability to win through with vision and personality, rather than direct mandate.
- Comfort with ambiguity in an environment that will continue to evolve at pace.
- Experience in working in fast paced environment in order to deliver product developments that can influence the direction of the business.
- Have a working knowledge of technology and the commercial benefit implementation can bring.

Your office base: Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
