Digital Training Lead

We are recruiting a Digital Training Lead to spearhead training and learning across our key digital systems. The role blends delivering tailored training programmes and creating high-quality support material. This is about delivering transformational change in how our business makes the best use of our key digital systems. 

We recognise that Xpedeon is a priority digital system, and this role would suit someone currently working in a Support or Operational role with experience of Xpedeon, ERP or Construction Management Software 

Key responsibilities: 

• Understanding existing support and current needs to identify areas for improvement. 
• Creating and updating support materials on our digital systems – like guidance and e-learning
• Developing and implementing training to help people to use our digital systems
• Collaborating with stakeholders from across our business, from operations and commercial teams to the Training department and IT, to deliver training and learning and make it “business as usual”
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicating progress to directors

What would we like from you: 

• Experience with Xpedeon, ERP or Construction Management Software.
• Awareness of different learning management platforms and methods of learning and development
