icap is a charity which has been providing culturally sensitive psychotherapy to the Irish community since 1998. From our Centres at Finsbury Park (London) and St Martins in Birmingham as well as through icap’s nationwide network, we provide low-cost individual and group psychotherapy face to face, online and by telephone.
Icap is committed to enabling wider access to psychotherapy. Our clinical team is trained in a range of modalities and specialises in working with complex trauma. We are looking to appoint a Clinical Services Manager to manage our busy clinic and outreach services. An interest in icap’s innovative psychotherapy services is essential.
As Clinical Services Manager, qualified and accredited by bacp, UKCP, BCP or equivalent, you will be managing and supporting a team of approximately 50 therapists and 10 clinical supervisors and will be reporting to the Clinical Director. You will be able to keep accurate records, produce reports when required and contribute to planning icap’s CPD programme. You will also manage icap’s outcomes measurement process which uses CORE Online.
