SalaryProspectus is delighted to be working with Beehive Charted Accountants to recruit for their new Senior Finance Manager. Beehive was established in 2014 to provide fully scalable finance and operations teams to organisations in the not-for-profit sector. Their mission is to provide charities & mission driven organisations with 360° finance and operations teams, allowing them to do what they do best.
Please note this is a full-time permanent post – flexible working/part time will be considered.
The Senior Finance Manager will lead on the end-to-end finance functions for a portfolio of Beehive’s charity clients. You will work closely with each charity ensuring that the day-to-day financial accounting activity is undertaken efficiently and effectively. In addition to this the post holder will be responsible for budget building, longer term financial planning and support with funding proposals. Furthermore, you will work independently, collaborating with executive teams and boards to empower them with the right information to make the right decisions. This is a hugely rewarding and varied role working alongside some exceptional organisations and, for the right individual, comes with the opportunity to grow as Beehive increase the number of charities they work with.
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate relevant finance experience, the ideal candidate will be part or fully qualified and sector experience is desirable. You will possess excellent communication and project management skills along with the ability to work collaboratively with many stakeholders, including Boards. You must be self-motivated, driven and have the discipline to manage your own time and workload.
