They've enjoyed considerable growth in recent years and now require a commercially focussed, business partner Finance Director to support the SMT and lead a best-in-class team for a key division within the Group.
Description
As Finance Director you will for part of the senior leadership team for a key division within the Group, playing a key part in future decision making, whilst developing the use if MI and data-lead decision making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic financial leadership to ensure the company's financial health and growth.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets to achieve organisational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and risk management.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to the board.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies for all financial matters.
- Monitor changes in the sector to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- A recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- A strong educational background in Finance or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A solid understanding of financial management, ideally within the tech and Saas markets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
