Your background is SME (Tech, SaaS, Software, Service), you know just how the cogs turn for a successful business, and love nothing more than getting stuck into analytics, data and reporting to springboard a company's growth journey.
This multi-site group are looking for a strategic finance partner as Finance Director to join their UK leadership team.
As Finance Director, reporting to the CEO:
- Lead financial strategy, P&L, and budgeting.
- Drive efficiency through a new system integration.
- Manage cash flow and optimise working capital.
- Ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Lead M&A activities and foster innovation.

We're seeking a Finance Director with a background in an SME/Group environment (Tech, SaaS, Software, Service), ideally operations (sub £100m turnover). Your expertise in managing financial intricacies while aligning with strategic objectives will be key. You'll collaborate with external stakeholders, drive process improvements, and be an integral part of their growth story.
Your experience...
- Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- An excellent understanding of commercials as well as the financial side of running a business. You’ve probably been CFO or FD or Head of Finance of a successful SME / Group
- You probably have worked in a high-growth environment before - probably in a venture or Private Equity backed business - and understand the pace needed to move to meet ever evolving challenges
- M&A experience is ideal as well as experience across FP&A and Financial Control
