We are looking to appoint a Directorof Finance and Corporate Services to join the senior leadership team, providinginspirational leadership and contributing to the achievement of CCEA’s vision,mission and strategies.

Bringing a breadth offinancial and strategic experience, you will lead a multidisciplinarydirectorate of senior professionals to deliver high-quality Corporate Servicesacross the organisation.

Job Description

As Director of Finance and CorporateServices you will be part of the Executive Team, ensuring education provisionreflects the needs of individual learners, the community and the NorthernIreland economy.

Key Responsibilities

·Enable theCouncil to fulfil its statutory responsibilities.

·Support theorganisation’s adherence to financial regulations and relevant statutoryrequirements within finite budgetary constraints.

·Contribute to andsupport a positive leadership culture which underpins CCEA’s core values andthe strategic and operational management of the organisation.

·Progress thecultural and organisational change necessary to transform how CCEA delivers itsbusiness.

·Ensure CCEA’sFinance and Corporate Services team provides high-quality business supportservices to support the organisation in both complying with its legislativeresponsibilities and delivering the objectives of ministerial policy and widersociety in Northern Ireland.
