What’s on offer to you as an Accounts Assistant with haart Estate Agents in Newport
- Basic salary of £20,875 per year.
- Full training will be provided.
- Monday to Friday 9am - 17.30pm
The essential requirements of an Accounts Assistant with haart Estate Agents in Newport
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to self-check.
- The ability to work alone, and as part of a team.
- Strong proficiency in using basic Microsoft packages.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- GCSE Maths and English C or above. Previous experience of ‘Client accounting’ would be advantageous.
What you'll be doing as an Accounts Assistant with haart Estate Agents in Newport
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Processing emails providing support to our lettings administration, and property management teams.
- Working in line with company policies and appropriate legislation (GDPR).
- Various ad hoc duties.
- Various weekly, monthly, and ad hoc administrative and accounting duties.

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
