We have a great opportunity for a Document Controller to work on the Southern Renewals Enterprise project based from our office in Basingstoke. The project will total 5+5 years of multiple individual schemes across Network Rail's Southern Route (Kent, Sussex & Wessex).
As the Document Controller you will provide efficient document control, administrative and accounts support to the Office Manager and site teams.
About you
- Previous experience in Document Control within a construction environment.
- Excellent communication skills including written English.
- Experience using document control software.
- Excellent IT skills including; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, E-Mail and Internet
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Time Management skills.
