About the role:
Synergi Unifi are a Microsoft Solutions Partner providing businesses with Microsoft Dynamics solutions and business support services. We are currently recruiting for a Dynamics 365 Support Consultant who is based in the North East of England to join our team.
Objective of the Role:
The objective of this role is to take a consultative approach to the support of existing customer solutions regarding their Dynamics product suite. This will be primarily remote and Teams based support direct to our clients, with occasional customer site visits during support handovers and implementation project final phases will be necessary.
You will manage the first line service desk and provide first and second line support plus escalations to the project team.
The Dynamics 365 product stack includes applications such as Business Central, Sales and Service but also significant elements of the Power Platform.
You will also support the wider team working closely with other members of the business where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- To effectively engage with customers (internal and external) in a professional manner
- To understand typical business processes and provide advice when required
- To have well developed problem solving skills and an analytical approach to this task
- To take ownership of issues and maintain good communication throughout
- To manage the service desk and report weekly call progress and escalate where required
- To support the sales engine with opportunity spotting and support activities as directed
- To support the projects team with chargeable work on occasion
Person Specification:
- Highly confident with providing support and training to users
- Experience across a number of industries inc. distribution and manufacturing
- A background in accounting or deep knowledge of financial processes
- At least 2 years’ experience in the support of CRM and ERP systems with Dynamics a clear advantage but not essential
- Experience in Sage 50, Sage 200, Xero or QuickBooks or equivalent is considered
- Experience in associated products such as Power BI and the Power Platform
- Experience of third party add on products such as Jet Reports
- Experience with typical management reporting needs of a business
- Experience with dealing with customers at all levels of seniority
