EA - Hybrid

Our client is a global Executive Search consultancy based in Mayfair. They are looking for an experienced EA with projects experience to assist one of the senior consultants.

 The successful candidate will have had experience in Executive Search and have a mix of project management EA support at C suite level.

Duties will include.

• EA duties include proof reading of documents, formatting, and compiling reports.
• Project manage, liaising with clients.
• Complex diary management.  
• Arranging meetings and global travel for external clients and candidates.
• Update a complex database.
• Format documents including PowerPoint presentations for clients and document packs.

If you like an extremely busy role where you are completely involved and love a varied role, then this could be the role for you. It has the normal EA duties with projects, and you are also liaising with clients and candidates at all at senior levels.

The ideal candidate will have experience of  

• Working at a very quick pace within Executive Search
• Be able to use your own initiative.
• Have excellent English written skills, educated to A level or equivalent.
• Experience of supporting at senior level.
• Be hard working and flexible.
• Be a team player.
• Have experience of managing multiple projects & be a problem solver.

Hours are 9 to 5.30.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days WHF

Salary £55 to £57,000 plus amazing benefits.
