Our client, the owner of a boutique luxury property business, is seeking an Executive Assistant with top-notch Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant experience or applicable skills.
This is a property focused EA role that would suit an organised, tech savvy self-starter, who may have a background in property management.
They seek an administrator with strong operational skills, exceptional client management abilities, and around 5 years of experience in property-related fields.
The ideal Executive Assistant should possess a solid grasp of property-related documents and terminology, be quick to learn and exhibit excellent professionalism in all communications.
Experience using QuickBooks is beneficial.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Bookkeeping – reconciling outgoings / VAT returns etc
- Business admin – emails, couriers, document preparation, rent, bills etc
- Private PA admin
- Office management
Based – office (Belgravia), with 1 day WFH if required
Hours – 9am-5:30pm
Salary – £40-55k DOE
Holiday – 20 days, closed Christmas - NY too
