You will be an integral part of a team of two Administrators supporting the wider Investment Team with dedicated assistance to 2 Executives
This is a large team who require an unflappable, proactive and decisive Assistant who is adaptable, well organised and extremely personable with the ability to carry out:
- Diary management
- Meeting organising and facilitation
- Document management
- Event planning and organising
- Invoicing
- Booking travel and managing accompanying expenses
- Ad hoc admin tasks
- EA cover
The ideal candidate will be discrete, proficient with MS Office (inc Excel), and above all passionate about developing their career as an EA.
