We are working with a prestigious global hedge fund who are seeking a resilient and hard-working EA to support their two entrepreneurial Founders whilst also taking on light office management duties.
As EA you will be joining their collaborative and close-knit team based in their beautiful open plan office in the heart of Central London.
Our clients are seeking a positive EA with a can-do attitude, you will be a natural communicator, confident wearing multiple hats, and excited by the opportunity to thrive in a small boutique size firm.
The busy Founders have several business ventures as well as young families, therefore although you will primarily be proving business support you will also be expected to support with some private too.
What you will be doing:
- Dairy management
- International travel (every couple of weeks)
- Organising events (Offsite and Christmas party)
- Ad hoc support for the CFO & Head of Investor Relations
- Private support; arranging holidays, assisting with school admin
- Meeting and greeting clients and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared
- General office support such as ordering office supplies
Required:
- Natural communicator, with an ability to think under pressure and display excellent judgement.
- A positive attitude where no task is too small.
- 3+ years PA/EA experience along with Office Manager experience
- Comfortable working within a small firm where you will be expected to where multiple hats.
