Job Title: Temporary Executive Assistant to Senior Partner (Potential for Permanent)

Location: London (West End)

Salary:  £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Bonus

About the Company:
Our client is a leading firm in the financial services industry, known for its dynamic and fast-paced environment. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Senior Partner with a demanding international travel schedule and shifting priorities. This temporary role offers the potential to transition to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level executive support to the Senior Partner, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Handle complex international travel arrangements, including visa applications, itineraries, and accommodations.
• Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritising requests to ensure efficient use of the Senior Partner's time.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
• Support special projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant in the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to support senior executives with international travel and complex schedules.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
