Join our team in the west midlands as either an Electrical Design Engineer, or a senior Electrical Design Engineer where your expertise will help shape the future of rail industry solutions. Offering salaries ranging from £40,000 to £52,000 depending on your experience, we provide a supportive and flexible work environment with hybrid working options and the opportunity for some site visits.

The Role

You'll take the lead in designing and commissioning control panels and products that keep the industry moving forward and manage projects from conception through to aftercare support, ensuring technical excellence at every step. Your day-to-day will involve creating electrical schematics, integrating components, and steering projects towards innovative solutions while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

We're looking

Individuals with a degree in Electrical Design or equivalent experience, a proficiency in AutoCAD LT for schematics, and a strong grasp of the Electrical Design lifecycle. If you're passionate about bringing new ideas to life and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. While experience in the rail industry or knowledge of the 18th edition is desirable, what matters most is your drive to deliver groundbreaking design solutions.
