Hays Marketing are pleased to be working with a local tech company who are going through a period of growth due to recent success. Up until this point emailing marketing has been manged internally by the wider marketing team but now would benefit from an email specialist.
The Role

• Management of CRM campaigns to drive growth in key business outcomes.
• Grow the database of engaged users.
• Full stack ownership of key database marketing platforms - including, but not limited to, CRMs - and research and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintenance and improvement of domain reputation, campaign delivery and performance.
• Collaboration with the Sales & Marketing to use marketing automation for lead gen, nurture, content outreach and ABM/ABX.
• Implement a robust a/b test framework designed to drive optimal engagement across all outbound email comms.
• Build, test and send our weekly user emails with the intention of increasing engagement and spend. (desirable for individual to also be able to inform/shape the copy of these emails)

The Candidate

• You have 5+ years Email Marketing Experience
• You can demonstrate a track record of impact and growth.
• You have held governance responsibility for CRM reputation and email campaign deliverability.
• Experience with automation, personalisation and single user view methodology.
• Experience of Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
• Business and/or design degree educated is desirable.
• You like to roll up your sleeves, be hands-on, entrepreneurial, and thrive on juggling a lot of responsibilities at the same time.
• You are highly numerate, analytical and efficient in your use of data, drawing insights that lead to successful growth initiatives through experimentation.
• You take a methodical approach to CRM projects and tasks.
• You are creative, inventive and a positive thinker.
