What role will you play?
Reporting into the EMEA Head of Group Procurement (GP), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of regional sourcing activities encompassing professional services, corporate services, HR and technology category spend. Your primary focus will be developing and executing procurement sourcing strategies that deliver financial and business value across both strategic and tactical deals whilst remaining compliant with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
What you offer
- Proven experience in procurement leadership roles within the financial services industry (or similar regulated environment), ideally in the EMEA region.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives that drive cost savings and operational efficiency whilst balancing risk management considerations.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements within the financial services sector.
