A Sourcing Service company, jointly established through a collaboration between two major Fortune 500 global corporations, specializing in providing strategic services related to generic pharmaceuticals. With a mission to enhance accessibility to cost-effective medicines, this entity has effectively pursue its objectives since its inception in 2016.

The partnership focuses on improving the quality and cost effectiveness of pharma care; drawing on the strengths of one corporation in Global Pharma sourcing and another's commitment to delivering top-tier health and wellness services, the collaboration aims to achieve common goals.

This organization is undertaking a large expansion and has a newly created opportunity for a Sourcing Operations Lead to join the team. Stationed in their London office, this role plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Sourcing Operations team within Bid Management and Sourcing Execution team. You will oversee the overall success of sourcing operations, managing various cases related to big activities, market solicitation requests, and pricing changes.

Despite being a joint venture with two global giant corporations the team structure of the organization is still relatively small and operates as such.

Key Requirements for the role:

• BA Degree or equivalent
• Experience in Pharma, FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing preferable but not essential
• Experience in leading sourcing initiatives and have a good knowledge and understanding of the Bid Management process.
• Demonstrated skills in contract negotiation skills; experience with multi-dimensional related problem solving stakeholders and systems skills
