Role: Employee Relations Specialist

We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Officer with a background in ER to join this Global Retail brand on an 6 month FTC to start immediately. This role will be part of the HR team, reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering but focussing predominantly on ER.
You will need to be used to fast-paced environments, ideally within a retail or similar background. A deep knowledge of ER and managing cases, experience in upskilling managers in ER topics and coaching them through a variety of situations is also required. You will be required to create ER training materials to roll out to managers, so experience doing so previously is essential. As this is a contract role the ability to hit the ground running and get involved immediately is a must, as well as commitment for the full length of the contract.
You must have:
- Extensive experience managing complex ER cases whilst supporting a diverse client group (including senior stakeholders) in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and terms of employment legislation
- Ability to coach individuals and influence at all levels
- A natural presenter who is comfortable facilitating workshops and meetings
