The role

As a Paid Search Executive, you will be working with your team to execute Paid Search campaigns for clients. This will include campaign building, data evaluation and collaboration with your direct team. You will work alongside your line manager to implement best-in-class strategies. Your training will be a combination of hands on support, mentoring and access to our custom built Assembly Academy, which is a wealth of resources developed by the business to get you up to speed in your first 6 months. From there, where you go is up to you. We provide the pathways for you to shape your career in whatever way you see fit, with options to move into Manager and Director level roles within your division. We also provide opportunities to move into our Data teams, Consultancy teams or even opportunities abroad. With a dedicated Learning and Talent team to support you, the direction your career takes is up to you!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate and provide support to your team in executing & optimizing Paid Search campaigns.
  • Uphold the highest standards as per the Assembly formula for success through our Paid Search product narrative.

  • Ensure you are adhering to agreed service level agreements and you are managing your tasks through our workflow systems to deliver on time.
  • Carry out daily diagnostics to ensure zero errors, manage risks and maintain consistent process adherence.
  • Find the insight that can help us fuel growth for clients. This will require data evalution and actionable insight identification and implementation.
  • Active participation in the wider search community through internal team meetings, training & events.

Success will be measured by no account errors, constant account monitoring, improved performance and business growth for our clients, timely project completion, effective communication and great client feedback.

Requirements

At Assembly, when we we say entry level, we mean it.
