Team Assistant required for a dynamic, fast growth, West End based Private Equity firm. Providing support to a small team of Analysts and Associates, this is an ideal first step into the support role and the fabulous world of Private Equity. Created due to internal promotion, you will be working alongside and under the guidance of a phenomenal team of EAs, many of whom have transitioned from this role into their current positions.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Comprehensive diary management – calls, meetings, travel, document and supporting pack preparation
• Daily agendas: proactively reviewing schedule and printing out related documents or liaising with relevant stakeholders as required
• Meetings; business origination, portfolio, IR roadshows – domestic and international
• Presentation collation and editing – including confidential and highly sensitive materials and arranging advance printing and binding
• Ad-hoc support with team expenses when required
• Monitoring stationery cupboard supply and liaising with reception for stock
• Keeping the office space tidy e.g., shredding/disposal of unclaimed printed documents
• Taking meeting minutes for EA & TA bi-weekly team call and circulating them to the team
• Ordering team business cards
• For Associates and Analysts - coordinating international travel movement; passports, visas, document transfer related to travel and preparing travel itineraries
• Administrating CRM platforms, Admin Control and the organising the SharePoint drive in partnership with other teams
• Holiday and sick leave cover for team admin team when required
• Temporary management of new joiners in the investment team before permanent allocation
• Lead the onboarding scheduling process with the support of EAs and keep onboarding documents up to date
• Any other requirements commensurate to the role

• Administration and executive support skills and experience are helpful but not required
