Description
The interim ER Specialist will work closely with management teams to:
- Handle employee relations matters and provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
- Provide commercial and common sense advice.
- Assist in performance and capability management.
- Work to reduce sickness absence across the business.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Profile
The successful ER Specialist should have:
- Proven experience of managing ER issues in a fast paced environment.
- Strong employment law knowledge.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Ability to provide commercial HR Advice.
- Experience of managing long term sickness cases.
- Able to start a new role on short notice.
