I am working with a Local Authority based in the coastline, who require an Estates Manager to join their technical services team.
The Council oversees a varied property portfolio and a range of community spaces including 10km of coastal and estuarine hard and soft sea defences, associated tourist attractions, footpaths and rights of way, award winning public gardens and parks, car parks, corporate buildings and depots.

You would be required on a hybrid basis, in the office 2-3 days per week.
