We are looking for a receptionist/administrator for Tuesday and Wednesday evenings between 5pm and 9pm for term time only.
We are looking for a reliable, self-reliant administrator who is able to work independently and confidently on-site in our services within the Health Centre for two evenings per week between October and July each year.
A warm and friendly approach to our student clients will be essential, in addition an ability to work competently and confidentially using our data base and Microsoft Office.
You will be responsible for the evening running of our reception area, and will be responsible for recognising and escalating urgent matters to our Operations Officer or Lead Therapeutic Practitioner.
