Event Data Coordinator

Event Data Coordinator - London / Hybrid - Initial 6 months

The Events Data Coordinator will work with the Global Marketing team to support our clients work in creating an increased audience-centric portfolio through enhanced targeting efforts and increased data quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilising tools (e.g. CRM) to manage client onboarding, event invitations and communications
• Collaborating with the Event Operations team to increase quality and streamline data management for event planning
• Work with the Event Operations team for ad-hoc data clean-ups

 Key experienceincludes:

• Two, or more, years of relevant experience working with events and data management
• Experience of utilising marketing tools (e.g. MS Dynamics)
• Working with cross-functional teams (i.e. marketing)
• Managing numerous sets of data across various tools and spreadsheets
• Strong data organisation and coordination skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skill both written and verbal
• Excellent stakeholder management
